Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any k138 platform services. By creating a k138 account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
k138 services are strictly for users aged 21 and above. Age verification via MyKad or passport is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Underage use is prohibited and accounts will be closed without refund of funds if minors are found to have registered.
Each user is entitled to one k138 account only. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances. k138 reserves the right to combine and close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

1.1 These Terms apply to all use of the k138 platform, including but not limited to the k138 Live Casino, Slots, Sportsbook, and Esports Betting services, and any future product offerings made available under the k138.one domain or affiliated subdomains.

1.3 These Terms are to be read in conjunction with k138's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules or bonus terms published on the k138 platform. 1.4 k138 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of k138 services after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.5 k138 may communicate with Members via the email address or mobile number registered on their account. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that their registered contact details remain current and accurate.

2.3 k138 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and source of funds from any Member at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one active k138 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, k138 reserves the right to consolidate balances, cancel all associated bonuses, and close all but the original account without prior notice.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any registered details change. k138 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.
3.3 Your k138 login credentials — username, email address, password, and any two-factor authentication details — are personal and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. k138 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 k138 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by its gaming licence. KYC verification, which requires submission of a government-issued identification document (Malaysian MyKad or valid passport), is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. k138 may also request additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — at any stage of the Member relationship.
3.5 k138 reserves the right to refuse or revoke account registration at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that registration information is false, that the applicant is ineligible, or that the account presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.
4.1 All k138 account transactions are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT) will be converted to MYR at the rate displayed at the time of transaction confirmation.
4.2 k138 accepts deposits via the following supported payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other participating institutions), and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20). The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is displayed within the k138 Cashier.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method, as displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. k138 reserves the right to apply additional deposit controls to individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming and AML obligations.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

4.6 Funds deposited into a k138 account may not be transferred to any other k138 Member account or withdrawn without completing the minimum activity requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms or Cashier conditions applicable at the time of deposit.
5.1 k138 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits will be specified in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 k138 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts, systematically exploiting low-house-edge games to meet wagering requirements, exploiting system errors or display errors to claim bonuses not legitimately offered, and colluding with other Members to achieve any of the above.
5.4 k138 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to withhold or reclaim bonuses where abuse or manipulation is suspected. Decisions made by k138 in relation to bonus eligibility and forfeiture are final, subject to the dispute process set out in Section 13.
5.5 Bonuses are personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to any external payment method directly — they become withdrawable only once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
6.1 All games and betting markets available on the k138 platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sportsbook operator, as displayed within the game interface or betting market. These rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection, system error, or display error — affecting a live game session or bet placement, k138's records of transactions shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome. k138 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues caused by a Member's internet connection, device, or browser.
6.3 k138 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where: (a) a technical error materially affected the fairness of the outcome; (b) a Member exploited a pricing or display error; or (c) the result was produced by circumstances outside the game's normal operating parameters. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's k138 wallet.
6.4 Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the k138 system cannot be cancelled by the Member after acceptance, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or product rules (for example, cash-out features in certain sportsbook markets).
6.5 Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to all k138 products. These limits are specified within each game or betting market and may be adjusted by k138 from time to time, including on an individual account basis where warranted by responsible gaming considerations.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k138 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k138 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, or redistribution of any k138 content; reverse engineering of any k138 software; or use of k138 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9.3 The k138 name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of k138 trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k138's total liability to any Member arising from or in connection with their use of the k138 platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
10.2 k138 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from use of the k138 platform, whether or not k138 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 k138 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. k138 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
10.4 k138 is not responsible for any losses arising from: a Member's failure to comply with these Terms; a Member's use of an unsecured or shared device; third-party payment processing delays outside k138's direct control; or changes in applicable law that affect a Member's ability to access k138 services.
11.1 k138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at k138.one/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering a k138 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity and KYC documentation, transaction records, game activity logs, and communication records.
11.3 k138 may share Member data with: its gaming licence authority as required by regulatory obligation; law enforcement or governmental authorities pursuant to a lawful order or request; third-party service providers engaged to operate parts of the k138 platform, subject to data processing agreements; and fraud prevention and AML monitoring services.
11.4 Members may exercise their data rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data — by contacting k138 support. Please note that certain data retention obligations imposed by k138's gaming licence may limit the extent to which deletion requests can be fulfilled.
12.1 k138 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the k138 platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.
12.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using k138 services and may request account closure and withdrawal of available balances (subject to applicable verification requirements). Continued use of k138 services after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which k138's international gaming licence is issued. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the process set out below.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and k138, the Member must first raise the matter with k138's customer support team. k138 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through k138's internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process. Details of the applicable ADR body are available from k138 support upon request.
13.4 k138's decisions in relation to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions are final, subject only to any determination made through the ADR process referred to in clause 13.3.
